We started with insulating the bottom off the Van and make  a SubFloor in our Van. We re-used as much as possible of the original flooring and clading of the side wall for our new floor.

Watch the new Video. We started with removing all corrosion from our Van and to prepare the spots for future. So we focus on essential rust protection for our van build project to ensure longevity of our future mobile home. We demonstrate thorough techniques to protect against corrosive elements, making sure our tiny home stays secure for off grid adventures ahead. We first show you how we tackle stripping the interior of our Commercial Van from the Wall Panels, the original Floor and the Bulkhead. Afterwards we cleaned the inside from dust, mud and debris.  We will take you step by step through this DIY VW Crafter 4x4 Camper Van Build, showing you how to do it yourself. As tiny home enthusiasts we like to share our experience with how do I do this job, so that you can get started too! We have been working on this exciting project for so many months and now and we can reveal it to you .
